ATTENTION: COMMUNITY AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Free Flow Dance Theatre Company is pleased to announce its participation in the Community Grant program, funded by the City of Saskatoon. This grant allows us to provide FREE dance workshops to local community and non-profit organizations. Workshops are one hour in length and offered in a variety of dance styles, including medieval, Latin, ballet and creative movement. We believe that dance should be accessible to everyone, so the location and difficulty level of each workshop will be based on the capabilities of those involved.

Free Flow Dance has been teaching free workshops to community organizations since 2009, including Tamara's House, Central Haven Special Care Home, Saskatoon Convalescent Home, International Women of Saskatoon, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Saskatoon, Light of the Prairies Society and the Avenue Community Centre.
Here's what some of the past participants had to say:
“Thank you all so much for the opportunity to move to the groove in such a relaxed judgement free environment.”
“You made me see my body in a new light.”
“...you as a team worked well together and adapted well to all the different physical and cognitive levels of the participants.”
“I learned to look for opportunities outside of the box for healing.”
“The staff at Free Flow adapted the program on a person to person and moment to moment basis to encompass all of our needs.”
“The enthusiasm you demonstrated was contagious. There were many smiles and laughter during and after the workshop.”
“It put me into a more positive way of thinking.”

Further questions and applications may be submitted to or Jackie Latendresse at . You may also reach us by phone at (306) 665-5998. Please note: preference will be given to adult groups whose members would otherwise lack access to such programming.
