Free Flow Update - November 2007
The W.I.P. New Dance Series Showing #2 took place on September 15th at the Refinery Theatre. Featured choreographers included: FADA Dance – Regina, Dominique Chartrand – Regina and Shauna Taylor – Toronto.
Thanks to all of the participants and to our lovely volunteers for making this event a success!
October and November have been jam packed with Learning Through The Arts sessions with
Jackie Latendresse. This season Jackie has been invited to instruct various subjects including Math,
Social Studies and Language Arts through dance at Bishop Klein School,
Father Vachon School and St. Marys School in Saskatoon.
She is working with sixteen different classes this year and visits each class three times.
Jackie was also invited to instruct two Math based workshops for the LTTA Teachers Retreat
on Nov 14th in Saskatoon!
Free Flow Auditions!
Auditions for company members were held on October 14th at the Dance Saskatchewan Centre.
Free Flow is thrilled to bring back two previous company members Kyle Syverson and Ashleigh Clark
to join Kelly Van Damme in forming the company! Dancers are currently rehearsing for the premiere
of the finished version of “Witch Hunt”.
We are also pleased to announce our newest company member in training Sarah Chomicki who is working as our understudy.

New Session of classes: We will be hosting a new session of Modern Dance
classes beginning in January 2008 at the Refinery Theatre.
Please register by calling the theatre at 306-653-3549.
Classes will begin Jan 14th. Level 1 7:15pm and Level 2 8:20pm.
Free Flow has found a new home!
We are extremely happy to announce that Free Flow has partnered with the renowned local theatre group Saskatchewan Native Theatre Company and is now based in their rehearsal studio space!
